Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan (Kyrgyzstan), Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan (Turkmenistan), Uzbekistan, Ukraine, restoration or receipt of documents from the civil registry office (ZAGS) of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) represents an important and sometimes integral stage of various legal processes and administrative procedures.
